Mindful Performance Coaching
Harry Williams

I believe the quality of our minds shapes the quality of our lives.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, business executive, or creative, we all face mental and emotional challenges as we pursue our ambitions. From stress and anxiety to setbacks and self-doubt.

I combine science-backed meditation techniques and mindfulness exercises with guided discussion to help ambitious leaders achieve their goals in a healthier, more sustainable, and enjoyable way.

I spent over a decade exploring how mindfulness and meditation techniques could help me navigate the ups and downs of running my own startup and advising some of the world’s most successful organisations. Combining my lived experience and certified teaching qualification, I’m committing to passing on these insights to others on a similar path.

More about me

As a startup founder and strategy consultant, I turned to mindfulness and meditation to help manage the highs and lows of working within fast-growing organisations.

My startup experience involved working within a founding team that raised over £900k of external investment to launch an award-winning travel insurance proposition, before developing one of the top-rated travel planning apps on the App Store. Despite experiencing exceptional growth in our early years, the pandemic halted our progress and forced us to bring the business to an end. Before and since founding my startup, I have consulted directly with C-suite executives for many fast-growing medium and large multinational organisations – from NatWest and HSBC to GSK and News UK.

Over the past decade, I’ve spent thousands of hours developing a mindfulness practice and working my way through the plethora of apps, books, and online resources to get to grips with how the principles of mindfulness could be applied to the specific circumstances of the business world.

This ended up being a lonely and time-consuming endeavour. After arriving at an approach for applying the principles of mindfulness to achieve a sustainable balance between peace and performance in life and work, I was determined to save fellow founders and leaders the countless hours of practice and research it took me to arrive at this point.

So I underwent the Mindfulness Now teaching program — a training course certified by the British Psychological Society — to become a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and support others on their journey towards peace and performance.
